Mike and Diana Moore
Executive Directors / Judges Chair

Michael and Diana Moore first became involved in the pageant world in 2019 when their youngest daughter, Hannah, was invited to participate and won the title of Miss Wyoming Outstanding Teen. Fast forward to 2022, Hannah competed in the Miss Wyoming Volunteer Pageant, and after securing her title, was off to nationals once again. Mike and Diana were warmly welcomed into the pageant arena by other parents and state directors. Together they have worked in the field of education for 50+ years. Their lives have been filled with the joy and dedication of teaching children to become independent and successful. Their vision for the Miss Wyoming Volunteer pageant is to create a safe place for contestants to grow in beauty and grace, succeed in their academics and to help them pursue the passions of their life.
Bailee Wistisen-Kunkle
Contestant Liaison

Bailee Wistisen-Kunkel is a 23-year-old student and entrepreneur who is pursuing her CNM in midwifery and her full Esthetician Certificate. After being crowned the first ever Miss Wyoming Volunteer, she traveled the state promoting her platform and organization – “All Queens Bare Scars”, which she continues to promote in Atlanta, Georgia. She couldn’t pass up the chance to continue her role in this amazing organization. She started the year as Executive Director helping to develop the vision for Wyoming and then took on the role of Contestant Liaison.
Francis Alxander
Executive Producer

Francis Alxander has been a Wyoming resident for the last 13 years. As an athletic trainer for close to 30 years, he has worked with many athletes ranging from grade school to the professional level. As a trainer and a nutritional advisor for Miss Texas El Paso, Miss Sun City and Miss Texas pageants, he has had the opportunity to serve, empower, and motivate individuals to be their best. Francis has been involved in the Miss Wyoming Volunteer Pageant for the past three years in various capacities before becoming the Executive Producer. He continues to speak and announce at different venues and events. In his free time he plays piano, sings and serves in his community, church and other spiritual organizations.
Katrina Kolata
Hostess Committee Chair

Katrina Kolata has been a life long resident of Wyoming. She has spent most of her life in Management where she has had the opportunity to service thousands of Wyomians. Katrina has one son and two beautiful grandchildren. She currently resides in Rock Springs Wy. One of Katrina’s life goals is to empower women and motivate them to be the best they can be!
DeNeil Hawes
Princess Director

DeNeil Hawes is a paraprofessional at Pilot Butte Elementary. She has worked with children for over ten years. Her enthusiasm and desire to work with the pageant came when she was able to see all the great opportunities young girls have by doing pageants. Working with kids and helping them achieve all their life goals has been her passion.
Hannah Hyder
Choreographer

Hannah Hyder is a 22-year-old former Miss Wyoming Volunteer titleholder. Her talent portion was a contemporary dance and at her relinquishment, she choreographed the opening number for the state pageant. Her passion to dance began early on in her childhood, where she competed in group and solo dances, achieving top honors and awards. A 2022 graduate of Western Wyoming Community College, she currently resides in Utah and is working in the financial industry as a loan officer.
Jennifer and Michael Mitchell
Photographers

Jennifer and Michael Mitchell have been together since 2016 with “love at first photo” as their capturing moment. They since have expanded their love for photography from family photos to landscape and now to pageantry. This duo made a move from sunny, Destin, Florida to a winter wonderland in Casper, Wyoming. Their family consists of two grown children and three fur babies. Their teamwork has grown over the years, taking them to new places without fear. They are excited to be a part of this future and look forward to capturing all the moments of life they can get. Their motto, “Seas the day and capture life through a view finder.”
Steve Crafton
Website and Graphics

Steve Crafton is a website creator, graphics designer, and webmaster and has crafted websites for numerous local and state Louisiana programs for 20 years. He is also a retired Senior Chief of the United States Navy.

Steve is proud of his 28 years of service to this country and his volunteer service to the community. He is excited to provide the foundation of the Miss Wyoming Volunteer program.
